Vivi Elakha (also known as Tempest) is a Keeper of the Moon Miqo'te of at least 27 summers and an adventurer of all trades. Her tribe of birth was destroyed in a bandit attack when she was an infant and thereafter she was raised by her adoptive dads. She's currently serving as the book supplier for Novel Tea.
